Thawing: Thaw the chicken in refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours. Chicken should be completely thawed before cooking.
Handling: To avoid contamination, wash hands and equipment after handling raw chicken.
Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C until required for use. Once thawed, keep in refrigerator below 4°C for up to 2 days. Will keep in freezer for up to 24 months. DO NOT REFREEZE.
